
By booking or using our Services, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use our website or transportation services.
You must be 18 or older and legally able to contract. If acting for a business, you confirm authority to bind it. Account holders must keep login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
Rates include base fare and standard fees. Extras may apply for tolls, parking, airport or seaport facility charges, after-hours service, or additional stops.
A valid credit card or corporate billing agreement is required. Charges are processed once service is confirmed. Unpaid balances may be billed automatically. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
Gratuity may be included in the quote or left to your discretion. All applicable taxes and tolls are your responsibility.
We track commercial flights and adjust pickup times accordingly.
Grace periods: 30 minutes (domestic) and 60 minutes (international) from arrival or scheduled pickup.
After the grace period, wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
Minimum hours: SUV – 3 to 5 hours; Sprinter – 4 to 6 hours. Overtime billed in half-hour blocks.
Additional stops or major detours may change price or duration.
Child seats are available on request. Parents are responsible for proper installation and compliance with Florida law.
Standard capacity applies: Sprinter ≈ 15 bags; SUV ≈ 6. Extra or oversized items must be declared in advance. We are not liable for lost personal items.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited. Alcohol use allowed only for 21+ passengers in compliance with local law. The chauffeur may end service for unsafe behavior.
All change or cancellation requests must be sent by email or confirmed by phone. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the final fare.
For sedan and SUV transfers, cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. If canceled less than 24 hours before pickup, the full fare may apply.
For Sprinters, group bookings, or special events, notice must be received 48 to 72 hours before pickup to avoid fees. Inside that window, the full estimated fare may be charged.
For hourly or as-directed services, cancellations made less than 24 to 48 hours before the start time (depending on vehicle type) may be fully billed.
A No-Show occurs when the chauffeur is on site and the passenger is absent or unreachable after the grace period. No-Shows are billed at 100 percent of the fare plus any incurred costs.
If your flight is delayed or canceled, notify us immediately. Verified delays are not considered No-Shows, and pickup will be adjusted whenever feasible.
Passengers must behave lawfully and follow chauffeur instructions. We may terminate service without refund for threatening or unsafe conduct. Cleaning or damage fees apply for excess mess or vehicle damage.
Trips may be handled by authorized affiliate operators who meet our quality standards. All vehicles are commercially insured and licensed for for-hire transportation in Florida.
All website content — logos, images, copy, and layout — belongs to Miami Choice Limo. You may use the site only to request quotes and book rides. Automated scraping or data harvesting is prohibited.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect necessary booking data (name, email, phone, flight number, pickup details) and share it only with affiliates to complete your service.
The Services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding availability or uninterrupted operation. Traffic, weather, and third-party events may impact arrival times. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific trip in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as missed flights or events.
You agree to indemnify and hold Miami Choice Limo harmless from claims arising from your use of our services, violation of law, or damage to vehicles or third parties.
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County under JAMS rules. All claims must be brought individually; class actions are waived.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or policy violations. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means acceptance of the latest version.
